use and booking conditions carefully before
ordering any services from airport2resort
Ltd ("airport2resort", "we",
"us" or “our”). These terms govern
your use of this website ("the Site").
By using, viewing, transmitting, caching,
storing or otherwise utilising the Site, the
services or functions offered in or by the
Site and/or the contents of the Site in any
way, you have agreed to each and all of the
terms and conditions set forth below. If you

Please note that airport2resort Ltd acts as
agent only for each of the transfer providers
to provide you with an on-line reservation
service. Our sole responsibility to you in
providing the on-line reservation service
is to pass your reservation details entered

Our web site lets you select
and book a transfer service to take you to
and/or from your arrival airport, from and/or
to your relevant resort accommodation.
Please note that the contents of our web site
are aimed only at users aged 18 and above.
You must represent and warrant that you are
at least 18 years of age and possess the legal
right and ability to enter into this agreement
and to use this Site in accordance with these
terms of use and booking conditions. |

Making a booking |

To confirm a booking you must
follow the ordering procedures set out on
the home page of our web site. All transfer
bookings must be placed at least 48 hours
in advance of your departure.
Airport2resort reserves the right to refuse/decline
any booking placed by you. If your booking
is accepted, we will confirm acceptance to
you by email to the e-mail address you have
given us at the booking stage. The booking
will then be fulfilled on the date set out
in the Confirmation.
You promise to us that all details you provide
to us for the purpose of purchasing a transfer
will be correct, that the credit or debit
card which you use is your own and that there
are sufficient funds or credit facilities
to cover the cost of the Service. We reserve
the right to obtain validation of your credit
or debit card details before providing you
with a transfer. If validation cannot be obtained
and payment is not made, we reserve the right
to cancel the Confirmation and the Service
will not be performed. We will advise you
as soon as possible to the e-mail address
you provided to us if we have to cancel the
transfer you have booked. |

Prices and Payment |

Details of our prices for transfers
and the procedures for payment are displayed
on our web site. The price of any Service
is the price displayed on our web site at
the date and time of your order. We reserve
the right to change the price of any Service
on our website before you place an order.
We try to ensure that our prices displayed
on our web site are up to date and accurate
at all times.
You must pay by credit or debit card at the
time of booking as set out on the booking
page of our web site. The cards we accept
are set out on our web site. |

Performance |

We will use all reasonable
efforts to ensure that your transfer collects
you from your collection point at the time
set out in your Confirmation. However, we
will not be liable for any loss or costs you
suffer or incur through any reasonable or
unavoidable delays and it is your responsibility
to ensure that you book the transfer to collect
you in time. We will not except any liabilty
for any losses you suffer due to your failure
to allow sufficient time for your journey.
If your outbound flight is delayed, your Service
will automatically be amended and your transfer
will collect you at your revised time of arrival. |

ALL BOOKINGS FOR TRANSFERS
FROM RESORT ACCOMMODATION TO THE RELEVANT
AIRPORT MUST BE RECONFIRMED WITH YOUR LOCAL
REPRESENTATIVE AT LEAST 48 HOURS BEFORE YOUR
DEPARTURE FROM THE RESORT. AIRPORT2RESORT
ACCEPTS NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY MISSED OR
CANCELLED TRANSFERS ARISING FROM FAILURE TO
DO THIS. WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSSES
OR ADDITIONAL COSTS YOU MAY INCUR. |

In the unlikely event that
the transfer provided to you is not what you
booked or is not performed with reasonable
skill and care or in the rare occasion not
performed at all, airport2resort will refund
to you the full price paid.

Variation and Cancellation |

If your holiday details change,
you can amend your booking up to 48 hours
prior to your departure If your accommodation
and resort is further than that of your original
accommodation/resort you will be liable for
any increase in price. No bookings can be
amended, added to or cancelled within 48 hours
of departure. No refunds will be given. |

Information you provide |

By accepting these terms of
use and booking conditions you authorise airport2resort
to store or otherwise process any personal
information which relates to and identifies
you. This will include but is not limited
to your name and address and will be utilized
to the extent deemed necessary by airport2resort
in order for us to provide you with a transfer.
If you obtain or choose to buy a transfer
through our web site then we may collect information
about your buying behaviour and from time
to time email you special offers, details
of competitions and/or prize draws. If you
send us personal correspondence then we may
collect this information into a file specific
to you. |

Liability |

We promise that all transfers
you purchase from our web site will be performed
with reasonable skill and care in accordance
with our terms of use and booking conditions.
We will do our best to ensure that all prices
and written content published on our web site
is accurate
We accept no liability for any illness, personal
injury, death or loss of any kind, unless
caused by our negligence. Any claim for damages
for injury, illness or death arising from
your use of the transfer services, must be
brought against the operator of the transfer
services and will be under the jurisdiction
of the law of the country in which the transfer
is being provided. Accordingly, we accept
no liability for any business loss (which
includes without limitation any loss of contracts,
loss of profits, loss of revenue or loss of
anticipated savings in expenditure or any
loss or corruption of data) however caused,
even if foreseeable. |

Conduct |
| |
When you book transfers through
airport2resort, you accept responsibility
for the proper conduct of yourself and your
party during the transfer. The transfer provider
reserves the right at any time to terminate
(before or after departure) your booking or
that of any member of your party due to your
or their misconduct, within their reasonable
opinion. Full cancellation charges will then
apply and no refund will be given. Furthermore,
the transfer provider shall be under no obligation
whatsoever to pay compensation or meet any
costs or expenses you may occur as a result
of us terminating your booking, in accordance
with this paragraph. If your actions or those
of any member of your party cause damage during
the transfer, you agree to fully indemnify
us against any claim (including legal costs)
made against the transfer owner. Finally,
you are also liable to make a reimbursement
to the transfer provider for any damage caused,
before you arrive at your destination. |

General |

If you wish to rely on any
variations to these terms and conditions,
you should ensure that such variations are
agreed with us in writing as soon as possible.
We reserve the right to transfer or subcontract
any or all of our rights and obligations under
these terms and conditions at any time.
We reserve the right to alter these terms
and conditions from time to time. The terms
governing the purchase of any transfer will
be the terms in place at the time of your
order.
If any provision or term of these terms of
use and booking conditions shall become or
be declared illegal, invalid or unenforceable
for any reason whatsoever, such term or provision
shall be deleted but all other terms will
remain valid. |

Notice will be deemed received when an email
is received in full (or else on the next business
day if it is received on a weekend or a public
holiday in the place of receipt) or 3 days
after the date of posting |
